Single-chip 16-bit/32-bit ARM7TDMI-S microcontroller integrates 512 kB of embedded flash memory and 40 kB total on-chip SRAM for code and data storage. The device supports up to 60 MHz operation with a 128-bit flash interface and accelerator architecture. Integrated peripherals include a USB 2.0 full-speed device controller, two UARTs, two Fast I2C-bus controllers, SPI, SSP, two 10-bit ADCs, a 10-bit DAC, timers, PWM outputs, watchdog, RTC, and up to 45 fast GPIO lines. The 64-lead LQFP package operates from a 3.0 V to 3.6 V supply over a -40 °C to +85 °C temperature range with 5 V tolerant digital I/O pads.
