Single-chip microcontroller family integrates a 16-bit/32-bit ARM7TDMI-S CPU with on-chip flash and SRAM. Variants provide 32 KB to 512 KB of flash memory and 8 KB to 40 KB of SRAM, with operation up to 60 MHz. Peripheral sets include USB 2.0 full-speed device support on higher-memory variants, 10-bit ADC capability, a 10-bit DAC, UART, I2C, SPI, SSP, timers, PWM, watchdog and RTC functions. Devices are supplied in 64-pin LQFP or HVQFN packages with 3.3 V operation and 5 V tolerant I/O pads.
