The 32-bit modular microcontroller combines a CPU32 core with integrated timing, serial, analog conversion, and memory subsystems. It includes a system integration module, time processor unit, configurable timer module, queued serial module, 10-bit queued analog-to-digital converter, 3.5 Kbytes of TPU emulation RAM, and 4 Kbytes of standby SRAM. The device supports a 24-bit address bus, 16-bit data bus, PLL-based clock generation, background debug mode, and low-power stop operation. Operation is specified from a 5 V supply with maximum system clock frequency of 20.97 MHz and multiple temperature suffix ranges up to 125 °C. The family documentation identifies a 160-pin plastic surface-mount package.
