Dual Arm Cortex-M33 microcontroller family targets industrial and consumer IoT applications with TrustZone security and integrated EdgeLock secure enclave functions. The devices operate up to 150 MHz and integrate up to 2 MB dual-bank flash, up to 512 KB SRAM, 256 KB ROM, and cache-supported external memory expansion. Connectivity includes USB high-speed and full-speed, CAN FD, LP Flexcomm interfaces, SDIO, Ethernet with QoS, I3C, SAI, FlexIO, and smart-card interfaces. Mixed-signal and control resources include 16-bit ADCs, DACs, comparators, op amps, PWM, encoder, timer, capacitive-touch, PDM microphone, and up to 124 GPIOs across a 1.71 V to 3.6 V operating range. The family is specified for -40 °C to 125 °C operation.
