Schottky barrier diode provides 20 V reverse voltage and 1 A forward current capability. The planar device includes an integrated guard ring for stress protection and supports ultra high-speed switching with very low forward voltage. It is supplied in a SOD323 plastic surface-mount package with a 1.7 mm by 1.25 mm by 0.95 mm body. The device is listed in production status and is not automotive qualified.
