It offers a high isolation voltage of 5.25kV (7.5kV max) and a 400mV collector-emitter saturation voltage. With a 200% current transfer ratio and 60mA forward current, it handles up to 50mA output current per channel. Operating across a -55°C to 100°C temperature range, this RoHS compliant component is supplied on a 1000-piece tape and reel.
