General purpose optocoupler featuring 5kV isolation voltage and a 1-element, logic IC output. This unidirectional optocoupler supports a 2.5Mbps data rate with a 300ns propagation delay and 25ns fall time. It operates with a 10mA forward current, delivering up to 25mA output current. Packaged in a 1-element DIP for through-hole mounting, it functions within a 4.5V to 20V supply voltage range and is RoHS compliant.
