Gate drive optocoupler featuring 2.5A output current and a PUSH-PULL output type. This unidirectional, single-channel device offers 5kV isolation voltage and operates from a 30V supply. With a 16mA forward current and 25mA input current, it provides a 60ns fall time and 300ns propagation delay. Packaged in a wide body SOP for surface mounting, it is lead-free and RoHS compliant, suitable for operation between -40°C and 100°C.
