Synchronous, positive edge-triggered 4-bit up decade counter IC. Features two independent 4-bit counters, each with asynchronous reset. Operates with a 3V to 18V supply voltage range, nominal 18V, and a maximum frequency of 8MHz. Housed in a 16-pin PDIP package for through-hole mounting, with a propagation delay of 160ns. CMOS technology ensures low power consumption.
