Operates with a DC supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and consumes 170µA operating current. Output is available in analog and digital formats with a 2.5V output voltage and 50µA output current. This lead-free, RoHS-compliant component is suitable for applications within a -20°C to 60°C temperature range.
