Surface mountable DC/DC controller and regulator featuring a 10A maximum output current and adjustable output voltage from 750mV to 5.5V. This voltage-mode switching regulator operates with a maximum switching frequency of 1.25MHz and supports a synchronous rectifier. It accepts input voltages from 4.5V to 30V and is housed in a compact QFN package measuring 6mm x 6mm x 0.7mm. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C, and the component is RoHS compliant.
