This device is an NPN general-purpose transistor supplied in a SOT23 plastic surface-mount package. It is intended for general-purpose switching and amplification applications with a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 45 V and a continuous collector current of 100 mA. The transistor supports up to 250 mW total power dissipation at 25 °C ambient and operates over an ambient temperature range of -65 °C to +150 °C. The BC847C gain group provides DC current gain from 420 to 800 at 2 mA and 5 V, with a typical transition frequency of 100 MHz.
