NPN medium power transistor in a SOT223 plastic surface-mount package. It supports up to 80 V collector-emitter voltage, 1 A continuous collector current, and 1.33 W total power dissipation at 25 °C ambient with the specified mounting pad. The -16 gain group provides a DC current gain of 100 to 250 at IC = 150 mA and VCE = 2 V. Operating and storage temperatures span -65 °C to +150 °C, and transition frequency is typically 130 MHz at IC = 10 mA.
