The ISO5125I-65 is a high-voltage, isolated DC-DC converter designed as a companion to Power Integrations' SCALE-2 gate drivers. Specifically optimized for 6500V IGBT modules, it provides a stable isolated supply voltage for the driver's secondary side. It features high isolation voltage capability of up to 10 kV and supports reliable operation in demanding medium to high voltage applications such as railway traction, power transmission, and industrial motor drives.
