Offline LED driver IC integrates a flyback controller, 650 V primary switch, secondary-side controller, FluxLink isolated feedback, and synchronous rectifier driver in an InSOP-24D package. It supports 30 W open-frame output power at 277 VAC ±15%, 25 W across 85 VAC to 305 VAC, and 40 W from 380 VDC or 450 VDC bus inputs. The controller uses quasi-resonant, CCM, and DCM flyback operation with constant-voltage and constant-current regulation. Protection features include input overvoltage, output OVP/UVP, open SR FET gate detection, brown-in monitoring, thermal foldback, and thermal shutdown. The package is halogen free and RoHS compliant with reinforced insulation and greater than 4000 VAC isolation voltage.
