The CM200TU-12F is a 600V insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) module with a maximum collector current of 200A and a maximum power dissipation of 590W. It is designed for chassis mount applications and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. The module has a standard input and a collector-emitter voltage maximum of 2.2V. It is available in a flange mount package type, R-XUFM-X17.
