The PSD12C is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 12V and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 400mW. It has a clamping voltage of 29.5V and a breakdown voltage of 13.3V. The diode is made of silicon and has a dual terminal position. It is available in a 2-pin package type R-PDSO-G2.
