The BG95M1LA-64-SGNS is a high-performance LTE Cat M1 module with integrated GNSS, part of Quectel's LPWA BG95 series. It is designed for low-power wide-area (LPWA) applications, featuring an ARM Cortex A7 processor and hardware-based security via TrustZone. This specific variant supports LTE Cat M1 connectivity only, without NB-IoT or EGPRS, and includes a multi-constellation GNSS receiver for global positioning. The module is housed in a compact LGA package, making it ideal for size-sensitive M2M applications such as asset tracking, smart metering, and wearable devices. It offers ultra-low power consumption, achieving significant reductions in PSM leakage and eDRX current compared to previous generations.
