A Quad-Frequency Programmable Clock Oscillator, leveraging FemtoClock® NG technology, provides high frequency and low phase noise performance for critical timing applications. It offers a wide programmable frequency range from 15.476 MHz to 866.67 MHz and 975 MHz to 1,300 MHz, with four default power-up frequencies including 212.5 MHz, 250 MHz, 300 MHz, and 312.5 MHz. Outputting an LVDS signal, the device features a low typical RMS phase jitter of 0.253 ps at 156.25 MHz and maintains a frequency stability of ±50 ppm. Programmable via an I2C interface, it operates on a 2.5V or 3.3V supply (2.375V-2.625V or 3.135V-3.465V) over a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range, housed in a surface-mount 10-CLCC (7x5 mm) package. The 8N4Q001 is a Quad-Frequency Programmable Clock Oscillator with very flexible frequency programming capabilities. It utilizes Renesas' (formerly IDT) fourth generation FemtoClock® NG technology for high frequency and low phase noise performance. The device supports four default power-up frequencies and can be further programmed via an I2C interface.
