Supplied in a 10-pin Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (CLCC) surface mount package measuring 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm, with a 2.54mm pin pitch. Supports operating supply voltages from 2.375V to 2.625V and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
