Features ±10ppm frequency tolerance and ±50ppm frequency stability. Operates with LVPECL output and 55% max symmetry. Supplied in a 10-pin Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (CLCC) surface mount package measuring 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm. Supports a tuning voltage from 0 to 2.625V and operates from a 2.375V to 2.625V supply. Extended temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
