Supplied in a 10-pin Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (CLCC) surface mount package with dimensions of 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm. Supports operating supply voltages from 2.375 V to 2.625 V and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
