Housed in a 10-pin Ceramic Leadless Chip Carrier (CLCC) package, measuring 7mm x 5mm x 1.65mm, for surface mounting. Supply voltage range is 2.375V to 2.625V, with a tuning voltage of 0 to 2.625V. Extended operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
