10-bit, 1-channel Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) with a 50Msps sampling rate and parallel digital interface. This general-purpose ADC features unipolar, single-ended voltage input and requires an external voltage reference. Housed in a 28-pin SSOP (Shrink Small Outline Package) with gull-wing leads, it is designed for surface mounting on PCBs. The plastic package measures 10.4mm (Max) in length, 5.4mm (Max) in width, and 1.8mm (Max) in height, with a 0.65mm pin pitch. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
