8-pin dual in-line package (DIP) operational amplifier featuring a 15MHz unity gain bandwidth and 30V/µs slew rate. MOSFET input stage offers low input offset voltage (15mV max) and low input offset current (20pA max), with a high common-mode reject ratio of 80dB and minimum voltage gain of 50,000. Designed for military temperature grades (-55°C to 125°C), this voltage-feedback amplifier operates with a nominal supply voltage of ±7.5V.
