This general-purpose DAC utilizes an LVDS digital interface and provides a current output. Packaged in a 72-pin, thermally enhanced HVQFN EP with a 0.5mm pin pitch, it supports both internal and external voltage references. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
