This device is a 3-phase N-channel MOSFET driver intended for PWM motor-control applications. It independently drives six N-channel MOSFETs in a 3-phase bridge configuration and supports phase voltages up to 80 V with a bootstrap supply maximum of 95 VDC. The bias supply operates from 7 V to 15 V, and the driver provides 1.25 A peak turn-off current with programmable dead time from 0.5 microseconds to 4.5 microseconds. It also includes programmable bootstrap refresh timing and a programmable undervoltage set point from 6.6 V to 8.5 V. With a 1000 pF load, typical output rise time is 20 ns and fall time is 10 ns, and the device is specified for ambient operation from -40 °C to +125 °C.
