The HVU131 is a single-element silicon PIN diode with a maximum breakdown voltage of 60V and a maximum power dissipation of 150mW. It features a capacitance of 0.8pF and a forward resistance of 1R. The diode is packaged in a small, rectangular shape with a plastic body and a gull wing terminal form. It is designed for surface mount applications and can operate at temperatures up to 125°C. The HVU131 is not RoHS compliant and has not been qualified for use in certain applications.
