Quad receiver bus transceiver for RS-422 and RS-485 interfaces. Features 4 differential receivers with 3-state driving mode, supporting multidrop and multipoint data transmission topologies. Operates from a single 3V to 5.5V supply with a minimum data rate of 80Mbps. Housed in a 24-pin QFN EP package with exposed pad, measuring 4x4x0.95mm, for surface mounting. Designed for industrial applications with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
