Quad receiver bus transceiver supporting RS-422 and RS-485 interface standards. Features a 16-pin TSSOP package with gull-wing leads for surface mounting. Offers a minimum data rate of 20Mbps and operates from a single 3V to 5.5V power supply. Designed for multipoint and multidrop data transmission with 4 receivers per line at RS-422 and 128 at RS-485. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
