High-speed CMOS SRAM IC with 262144 bits density, organized as 32K x 8. Features a maximum access time of 55ns and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage, with a nominal 5V. This parallel interface SRAM offers 3-state output characteristics and a maximum operating temperature of 70°C. Packaged in a 28-lead TSOP with a 0.55mm terminal pitch, it is surface mountable and RoHS compliant.
