High stability, low offset voltage J-FET input operational amplifier featuring a voltage-feedback architecture. Offers a nominal unity gain bandwidth of 4MHz and a slew rate of 15V/µs. Maximum input offset voltage is 2.5mV with a typical bias current of 200pA at 25°C. Designed for industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to 85°C) with a maximum supply current of 3.4mA and operates from ±15V power supplies. This surface-mount device is packaged in an 8-pin SOP with gull-wing terminals.
