Synchronous step-down converter with 1.5A output current and adjustable output voltage from 800mV to 12V. Features a maximum input voltage of 17V and a minimum input voltage of 4V, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. This surface mountable integrated circuit offers a single positive output and operates at selectable frequencies of 340kHz or 800kHz.
