Features a 1.5MHz switching frequency, 100% maximum duty cycle, and synchronous rectification for optimal performance. Operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range and is available in a compact DFN surface mount package. RoHS compliant and lead-free, suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
