Fast recovery general purpose rectifier diode, featuring a high surge current capability and low forward voltage drop. Designed for high-frequency applications with a reverse recovery time of 75 nanoseconds. Rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1000 volts and a continuous average forward current of 1 ampere.
