Fixed positive linear voltage regulator with a 2.9V output voltage and 150mA maximum output current. Features a 100mV dropout voltage and 63dB PSRR. Operates from a 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage range with a 72µA quiescent current. Packaged in a 1mm x 1.04mm PBGA4 CSP with a 0.39mm height, suitable for surface mount applications. RoHS compliant with a 1% output voltage accuracy and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
