CMOS voltage detector with a fixed +1.2V threshold, offering 1% accuracy. This power supply support circuit features a single monitored input and operates from 700mV to 7V, with a maximum supply current of 880nA. Designed for surface mounting in a VSOF package, it provides active high/low reset functionality and operates within a -40°C to 125°C temperature range. The component is RoHS compliant and supplied on tape and reel.
