CMOS voltage detector for power supply monitoring. Features a fixed 1V threshold voltage with 1% accuracy, operating from 700mV to 7V supply voltage. Provides active high/low reset output with a maximum reset threshold voltage of 1.01V and minimum of 990mV. Designed for surface mount installation in an SSOP-5 package, offering low quiescent current of 300nA and maximum supply current of 880nA. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 125°C.
