CMOS voltage detector with a fixed +2.8V threshold, offering 1% accuracy. This power supply support circuit features a single channel, active high/low reset output, and operates from 700mV to 7V. With a low operating supply current of 550nA and quiescent current of 450nA, it is ideal for power management applications. The device is surface mountable in a VSOF package, rated for operation between -40°C and 125°C, and supplied on tape and reel.
