
Triple N/P-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFETs designed for through-hole mounting. Featuring a 60V drain-source voltage rating and 10A continuous drain current capability. These devices offer a maximum drain-source on-resistance of 140mOhm at specified gate voltages for both N-channel and P-channel configurations. Housed in a 12-pin Single In Line Package (SIP) with a tab, these components operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
