The Sanken Electric SLA5081 is a 15-pin SIP through-hole enhancement mode N-channel MOSFET with a maximum drain source voltage of 150V, maximum gate source voltage of 20V, and maximum continuous drain current of 7A. The device features a single in line package with a seated plane height of 22.7mm and a pin pitch of 4mm. It is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including power management and switching circuits.
