The STS21-400 relative humidity sensor from Sensirion features a digital output and operates over a temperature range of -40 to 125°C. It has a typical supply voltage of 3V and can operate with a supply voltage as low as 2.1V or as high as 3.6V. The sensor has a 6-pin DFN EP package and uses a 2-wire I2C interface.
