The 1N6121 is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode with a minimum breakdown voltage of 38.7V and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 500mW. It has a maximum power dissipation of 2W and is constructed from silicon. The diode is available in a 2-pin axial package type O-PALF-W2. The 1N6121 is suitable for use in a variety of applications including surge protection and voltage clamping.
