The JAN1N6107 is a silicon bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 8.4V and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 500mW. It has a minimum breakdown voltage of 9.9V and a nominal breakdown voltage of 11V. The diode is available in an axial package with two terminals.
