The JAN1N6117 is a bidirectional silicon transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 22.8V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 27V. It has a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 500mW and a maximum clamping voltage of 43.5V. The diode is packaged in an axial configuration with two terminals. It is suitable for use in applications where transient voltage protection is required.
