The JANTX1N6114 is a silicon bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode with a maximum reverse voltage of 16.7V and a maximum non-repetitive peak reverse power dissipation of 500mW. It features an axial terminal position and a maximum clamping voltage of 31.9V. The diode is designed to protect electronic circuits from voltage spikes and surges. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 175°C and meets the requirements of the JANTX specification.
