The Si7020-A10-GM1R is a humidity and temperature sensor with a 14-bit resolution and an I2C interface. It operates over a supply voltage range of 1.9 to 3.6V and is accurate to ±4% relative humidity and ±0.4°C temperature. The sensor is available in a DFN EP package and is suitable for use in environments with operating temperatures ranging from -40 to 85°C.
