The Si7021-A10-YM0R is a humidity and temperature sensor with a 14-bit resolution. It operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C and has a typical operating supply voltage of 2.5V or 3.3V. The sensor has a digital output and is compatible with I2C interfaces. It is packaged in a 6-pin DFN EP package and is suitable for use in a variety of environmental sensing applications.
