
This device is a 32.768 kHz silicon MEMS oscillator intended to replace a tuning-fork crystal in battery-powered and backup-timed designs. It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply, with specified 10 ppm frequency tolerance at 25°C and up to 100 ppm stability across -40°C to +85°C when operated from 1.5 V to 3.63 V. Typical core operating current is 0.90 μA at 1.8 V with no load, and the oscillator output can interface directly to XTAL inputs without external load capacitors. The 1.5 mm × 0.8 mm chip-scale package also integrates internal supply filtering to avoid an external bypass capacitor under normal operating conditions.
