It operates from a 1.2 V to 3.63 V supply and draws 0.90 µA typical core current at 25°C and 1.8 V with no load. The device is offered in a 1.5 x 0.8 mm chip-scale package and supports operation from -40°C to +85°C with frequency stability up to 100 ppm over that range. Its oscillator output can interface directly to XTAL inputs and eliminates the need for external load capacitors and an external Vdd bypass capacitor.
